Senator Ndume has been Released by the Federal Hight Court After 5 Days In Prison.
Ndume spent five days in Kuje Correctional Centre.
Justice Okon Abang gave the ruling on Friday.

The judge said the court exercise its discretionary powers based on Ndume’s good conduct.
Ndume was sent to prison for failing to produce Abdulrasheed Maina.
He stood surety for the former Chairman of the Pension Reformed Task Team (PRTT) who is on the run.
Salihu Tanko-Yakasai Arrested By DSS Arrests, After Criticising Buhari, APC
Salihu Tanko-Yakasai, The media aide to the Governor of Kano State, has been arrested by the Department of State Services.
An official of the state government had on Saturday tweeted, “Alhamdulillah we just confirmed @dawisu is at DSS office.”
The media aide to Governor Ganduje had called on President Muhammadu Buhari to address the activities of bandits in the country or resign.
Salihu Tanko-Yakasai stated this on Friday while reacting to the abduction of schoolgirls at Government Girls Secondary School, Jangebe in Talata Mafara Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
He noted that the government has failed in its responsibilities following the abduction of students in Nigeria schools.

Salihu Tanko-Yakasai further stated that the ruling All Progressives Congress has failed Nigerians.
He wrote on Twitter: “Clearly, we as APC government, at all levels, have failed Nigerians in the number 1 duty we were elected to do which is to secure lives & properties. Not a single day goes by without some insecurity in this land. This is a shame! Deal with terrorists decisively or resign.”
“Each time another tragedy happens, we lament, condemn, create a hashtag, the govt pretends to do something, no concrete steps to prevent reoccurrence, and then we repeat the process. To what end? Where are those saddled with the responsibility?”
“Just last week, it was #freekagaraboys, today we have a new hashtag, #RescueJangebeGirls; who knows tomorrow what hashtag we will come up with? Perhaps one for ourselves when we get caught up in one of these daring attacks. This is sad & heartbreaking; I feel helpless & hopeless.”
Recall that the governor’s aide was once suspended by his principal for attacking President Buhari during the #EndSARS protest but was reinstated weeks after.

Rear Admiral Awwal Zubairu Gambo has taken over Command as the 21st indigenous Chief of Naval Staff.
Gambo was born on 22 April 1966 and hails from Nasarawa Local Government Area of Kano State.
He enlisted into the Nigerian Navy in 1984 as a member of the Regular Course 36 and was commissioned Sub-Lieutenant in 1988.
Outgoing CNS, Vice Admiral Ibot Ekwe-Ibas, charged Gambo to sustain pressure on oil thieves and secure the nation’s maritime sector.

President Of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria, President Buhari has finally sacked the service chiefs with immediate effect.
Femi Adesina, Special Adviser On Media and Publicity to President Buhari made this known in a tweet on Tuesday.
Femi Adesina wrote, “PMB appoints new Service Chiefs. Maj Gen LEO Irabor, CDS, Maj Gen I Attahiru, Army, Rear Adm AZ Gambo, Navy, AVM IO Alao, Air Force.
“He congratulates outgoing Service Chiefs on efforts to bring enduring peace to the country.”
Those affected are Chief of Defence Staff, General Abayomi Olonisakin; Chief of Army Staff, Lt-Gen. Tukur Buratai; Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Ibok Ekwe Ibas; and
– Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar.
The new Service Chiefs are: Major-General Leo Irabor, Chief of Defence Staff; Major-General I. Attahiru, Chief of Army Staff; Rear Admiral A.Z Gambo, Chief of Naval Staff; and Air-Vice Marshal I.O Amao, Chief of Air Staff.
Buhari urged the new Service Chiefs to “be loyal and dedicated in the discharge of their responsibilities”.
